ALBERS & COMPANY has provided products and services to Northwest individuals
and employers since 1985. We recognize and respect our clients' expectations of
privacy — it is the very foundation of our relationship. Therefore, we have not
and will not violate that trust by selling client information for solicitation
or any other purposes. Furthermore, we will continue to review our policies and
practices aimed at maintaining the security and confidentiality of our clients'

ALBERS & COMPANY coordinates products and services designed to help you
and your employees (if applicable) balance your work and personal lives,
maintain good health, and protect your income in the event of illness or
injury. To provide these benefits to you, we may collect nonpublic personal
information from the following sources:

behalf. In addition, the information as described above may be shared with

fraud, to protect the confidentiality or security of our business records, or
to comply with applicable legal requirements. We will not disclose personally
identifiable medical information for purposes other than performing insurance
functions, administration of a policy, claim or account, or as requested by you
or required or permitted by law.

Access to client information is strictly limited to employees, other
persons hired by us or consultants who need to know the information to provide
products and services to you and to otherwise service your account(s) with us.

comply with applicable federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal
